The company TECHNOBAY Pte Ltd provides the following services:
Reception, quality control, accumulation, storage and accounting of goods.
Cargo handling.
Intraport forwarding.
Stuffing containers with grain.
Customs broker services.
Ship agency.
In addition, additional loading of Panamax and Post-Panamax class vessels is possible.

Additional loading is carried out  by road transportation from the terminal and loading by port cranes.


Direct version without raising the car

The company TECHNOBAY Pte Ltd offers a direct option for loading the vessel -without removing the car from the axles, in order to avoid damage to the car.

Timely delivery of a train with grain in the case of a “direct option” of loading (directly from the car to the ship) is one of the most effective ways to reduce the cost of port logistics. Costs for transit storage at the elevator are not required, payments for the ship’s downtime are excluded when it is waiting for grain on the way.

Additional loading on the roads

The crane is moored to the side of the receiver vessel, and a second vessel, the source or barge, is moored to the crane on the other side. Modern cranes provide board-to-board transshipment with a rate of 5-10 thousand tons / day.
