Forwarding wagons

Forwarding is carried out at the request of the sender, recipient or forwarder (by power of attorney), who are responsible to the previous recipient for the consequences of such a change and are obliged to adjust settlements between senders, preliminary addressees and actual recipients. The forwarding of cargo is permitted by an official, in whose name the application is submitted. Moreover, the application can be submitted to the head of the station of departure or the station at which the cargo will be forwarded.
Forwarding cargo can be carried out at stations of destination and stations along the route.
Redirection of individual wagons transported as part of routes or a group of wagons under one consignment note is allowed, subject to the execution of shipping documents for each new group or separate wagon. The redirection of wagons transported under separate consignment notes may be allowed for one transportation document per group of wagons during their transportation from one consignor to one station to the address of one consignee.
